This gateway does not require API integration, making it simple and easy to use for platforms that need a manual payment verification process. Admins can review transactions, approve payments manually, and update user balances accordingly.

How to Install Upaisa Manual Payment Gateway (PHP Version)

Step 1: Add Upaisa Payment Option in Your System

1. Log in to your Admin Panel.

2. Go to Payment Settings or Manual Payment Methods.

3. Click Add New Payment Method.

4. Enter the details:

   • Payment Name: Upaisa Manual Payment

   • Upaisa Account Number (Mobile Number)

   • Account Holder Name

   • Instructions for Users (e.g., “Send payment to this number and upload the receipt”)

5. Click Save to enable the payment method.

Step 2: Display Upaisa Payment Instructions

• When users choose Upaisa for deposit, they will see your account details and payment instructions.

• Users must send payment using their Upaisa app, USSD code, or Bank Transfer.

• Users upload their transaction proof (screenshot of the payment receipt) for verification.

Step 3: Verify and Approve Payments

1. Admin logs into the Admin Panel → Pending Transactions.

2. Review the uploaded transaction proof and verify payment via Upaisa.

3. If the payment is valid, click Approve, and the user’s balance is updated.

4. If the payment is incorrect, click Reject, and notify the user.

How Users Can Deposit via Upaisa Manual Payment

1. Go to Deposit Funds in your user dashboard.

2. Select Upaisa Manual Payment as the deposit method.

3. Send the payment to the provided Upaisa account number via Upaisa App, Bank Transfer, or USSD Code.

4. Take a screenshot of the transaction receipt and upload it.

5. Wait for admin approval. Once approved, funds will be added to your account.
