Users transfer funds directly to your NayaPay ID or account, submit a payment receipt, and the admin verifies and approves transactions manually.

How to Install NayaPay Manual Payment Gateway (PHP Version)

Step 1: Add NayaPay as a Payment Method

1. Log in to your Admin Panel.
2. Navigate to Payment Settings or Manual Payment Methods.
3. Click Add New Payment Method.
4. Enter the following details:
   • Payment Name: NayaPay Manual Payment
   • NayaPay ID or Account Number
   • Account Holder Name
   • Deposit Instructions (e.g., “Send payment to this NayaPay ID and upload the receipt.”)
5. Click Save to activate the payment method.

Step 2: Display NayaPay Payment Instructions

1. When a user selects NayaPay Manual Payment, they will see your NayaPay ID and payment instructions.
2. Users transfer the funds using NayaPay Wallet, linked bank account, or card.
3. After completing the payment, they upload the transaction proof (screenshot of the receipt) for admin verification.

Step 3: Admin Verifies and Approves Payments

1. The admin logs into the Admin Panel → Pending Transactions.
2. Reviews the uploaded payment receipt and verifies the transaction via NayaPay.
3. If the payment is correct, clicks Approve, and the funds are added to the user’s account.
4. If the payment is invalid, clicks Reject and notifies the user.

How Users Can Deposit via NayaPay Manual Payment

1. Go to Deposit Funds in the user dashboard.
2. Select NayaPay Manual Payment as the deposit method.
3. Transfer the amount to the provided NayaPay ID using NayaPay Wallet, Bank Transfer, or Card.
4. Take a screenshot of the payment receipt and upload it.
5. Wait for admin approval. Once approved, the funds will be added to the user’s balance.
